Raffle Ticket Entry Rules
Eligibility:
Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
Open to Texas residents
Employees of The Potters Smile Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Requirements:
Each participant must purchase a raffle ticket for $20.00.
Tickets must be purchased by June 12, 2025.
No refunds or exchanges for purchased tickets.
Limitations:
Each participant may enter as many times as possible.
Tickets are non-transferable and must be in the original purchaser’s name.
Drawing and Winner Selection:
The digital wheel raffle drawing will take place on June 13, 2025 @ 7pm.
Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
The decision of the organizers is final and binding.
Prize Details:
The prize(s) will be described in promotional materials.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.
Notification:
Winners will be notified via [email, phone, or other contact methods] provided at the time of entry.
If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
Compliance:
This raffle is conducted in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
By entering, participants agree to abide by these rules.
Liability:
The Potters Smile is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any technical issues preventing participation.
